“Crystal River Spas did the impossible instaling our new Spa on Christmas eve. Three days before Christmas our hot tub froze up and was ruined. We were told that we could have a new Spa installed in time for Christmas. Our old hot tub was removed and new Spa installed on Christmas eve. They made a promise and they delivered! We could not be more happy with our new spa. It is beautiful and very energy efficient. We had our best Christmas ever all due to the staff at Crystal River. I would not go anyshere else in buying a new Spa. The price and customer cannot be beat”

The first is still running, but I moved to a new house,(new house , new spa). I use my spa every morning, and haven't missed many opportunities to soak. Joan and Jake have given me great service and advice. From planning the setting, to the new Silk Balance water treatment. Advice as to the placement of the spa is critical, and they helped me do that. Any warranty issue has been taken care of the next working day, and there haven't been many! The new Silk Balance water treatment has been great, as I've always wanted an elimination of the chlorine or bromine. So, I would like to thank Crystal River Spas for a job well done.”
